We live in a diverse society of many cultures and languages. A fundamental aspect of patient safety and respect for patient rights is the provision of health care in the preferred language of the patient. CHC speaks our patients languages. Our providers have access to 170 languages—reflecting the global connections of our communities. Using Language Line access from every exam room and office, all CHC staff can access a certified medical interpreter within seconds so that the visit can be conducted in the language of the patient, not the provider.
