Kenneth L. Sacks, MD, FACP
Medical Director, Connecticut State Medical Society – IPA, Inc.

Dr. Sacks received his Medical Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Medicine, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Honorary Society.  His post graduate training in Internal Medicine and Oncology and Hematology were at UCLA and the NIH/NCI.  Dr. Sacks practiced Internal Medicine, Oncology and Hematology in Fairfield, CT.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.  Dr. Sacks is responsible for the Partners for Quality and Cost-Effective Care Program, Utilization Management, Quality Management and Pharmacy Initiatives.
