The Weitzman Center for Innovation in Community Health and Primary Care is the repository for research, developments, consulting and publications of the Community Health Center, Inc.

We are dedicated to finding better ways of delivering healthcare and to sharing our findings.

As one of the nation's premier health centers, the kind of care we deliver recognizes that individual health is not isolated from the families, neighborhoods, culture and economics that surround us. We provide primary care from pre-natal to end of life, and our goal is to improve capacity and to help the people we care for lead healthier lives.
