OUR PARTNERS:
CHC did not grow from a storefront free clinic into its current self without strong partnerships on the local, state and national level. CHC works closely with local town and city government, state agencies (Wesleyan University, UCONN, Chamber of Commerce, Local Hospitals and Health Departments , Boards of Education, Ct Coalition against Domestic Violence, National Association of Community Health Centers, Area on Agency, and most importantly with consumers who trust us to work with them on their health care) |
