Mobile Vaccine Events

CHC is administering the COVID-19 vaccine primary series, third dose and booster shots at walk-up mobile “pop-up” clinics across the state because it is important that everyone has access to the vaccine. All are welcome!

If you are unable to make it to a mobile vaccine event, please visit the State of Connecticut’s website at ct.gov/covidvaccine for information about COVID-19 vaccination locations in your area.

Staff are vaccinating patients on a first come, first served basis.
Due to high demand, it may be necessary to limit the line prior to closing.
