DESCRIPTION:Circle of Moms is a warm and supportive group for moms and babies (birth – 18 months). Join us to get help navigating this transition to new motherhood if you are a first time mom or if you have recently welcomed a new baby to your family. Find support\, resources and friendship. This group is especially helpful for identifying early signs of postpartum anxiety and depression. Issues such as feeling/nursing\, sleep\, relationships\, your own new identity as a mother and many other important issues will be part of our ongoing discussion. \nCircle of Moms meets via Zoom every Monday from 10:30 am – 11:30 am – facilitated by Emily Reyes\, LCSW- Please reach out to Nat Holmes at holmesn@chc1.com for more information.

DESCRIPTION:Co-hosted by Liz Hibino\, MSW and Xiomara Campos \nFirst & Third Tuesday of the month from 10-11:30 AM \nCultural Connections is a support and networking group for women of all nationalities and backgrounds. The group was created as a resource that caters to the unique challenges and needs of immigrant women. It is also open to U.S. born women who are interested in helping and meeting people from other cultures.
