DESCRIPTION:Circle of Moms is a warm and supportive group for moms and babies (birth – 18 months). Join us to get help navigating this transition to new motherhood if you are a first time mom or if you have recently welcomed a new baby to your family. Find support\, resources and friendship. This group is especially helpful for identifying early signs of postpartum anxiety and depression. Issues such as feeling/nursing\, sleep\, relationships\, your own new identity as a mother and many other important issues will be part of our ongoing discussion. \nCircle of Moms meets via Zoom every Tuesday from 5-6 p.m. – facilitated by Emily Reyes\, LCSW- Please reach out to Nat Holmes at holmesn@chc1.com for more information.
