COVID-19 Vaccines for Children 6 Months – 5 Years Now Available Statewide By Appointment at Community Health Center, Inc.

COVID-19 vaccines for children 6 months and above are now available at Community Health Center, Inc. locations across Connecticut.

Appointments are required for vaccinations and can be scheduled by calling (860) 347-6971.

Vaccines are offered to CHC patients and members of the public.

On June 18, 2022, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) approved COVID-19 vaccinations for young children who are at least 6 months old. Community Health Center, Inc. has been a leading COVID-19 vaccinator in Connecticut, operating the state’s largest drive-through clinics at the height of the pandemic, and to date has administered more than 600,000 vaccinations statewide.
