CHC is pleased to offer convenient, secure online bill pay through InstaMed!

We are also now offering an enhanced, easy-to-read bill statement – designed with you in mind.

InstaMed Patient Payment Portal

To create your new InstaMed Patient Payment account go to

Use your Patient ID which is available on your new statement circled in RED below. Do not use the Guarantor ID on the detachable coupon.

You cannot obtain your patient ID from an OLDER statement that does not look like the statement below. Please do not use any reference numbers from an old statement to set up your account. Wait until you receive a new statement to set up your account.

The portal will lead you through the enrollment process.

You can still pay with cash, check, money order or credit card using any of the following methods:

  • Walk in:  At every site at the front desk or when checking in at a kiosk.
  • On the phone: 888-270-6698. Our Patient Account Representatives are available from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
