Welcome to the Community Health Center of Meriden

Established in 1991, the Community Health Center of Meriden serves residents of the city and surrounding communities including Wallingford, Cheshire, and Southington. CHC of Meriden is easily accessible from the Meriden Transit Center and the Meriden Train Station – both less than a minute walk from the center.
