Having long outgrown the small Old Saybrook office with medical, dental and behavioral health under one roof, CHC moved the medical and behavioral health practice to Route 1 in Clinton. The practice blossomed and grew to also include a prenatal/OB practice in partnership with Middlesex Family Medicine Residency Program, already well established at CHC of Middletown for 20 years.
