Applications for the 2026-2027 postdoctoral residency are now closed.

Eligibility

  • Degree from an APA-accredited program
  • Completed doctoral degree documentation from an academic institution

International Applicants Only

  • A valid and active immigration status for the United States for September 2026-August 2027
  • Training equivalency report from the World Education Service (WES) or a similar accrediting body to verify academic equivalency to American Psychological Association standards.

  • Authorization form to contact references and release form

Deadline and Interview

  • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Interviews will occur on an ad-hoc basis and may not occur on the same day.
  • Interviews are conducted virtually via Zoom.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual – professional proficiency in Spanish, Polish, Arabic, etc.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing care to medically underserved populations across the lifespan.
  • Desire to practice in an integrated community health setting upon completion of the residency.

Offers

  • Offers are typically extended within two weeks of the candidate’s interview.

A postdoctoral resident is hired as a full-time contracted employee of Community Health Center, Inc. for the training year. Residents will be provided multiple benefits, including paid time off, continuing education funds and time off, and medical and dental insurance.
