Now Scheduling Annual COVID Vaccines

Per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) recommendation, CHC is administering annual COVID vaccines.

We are now scheduling vaccine appointments for CHC patients ages 6 months and up.

CHC patients may call 860-347-6971 for more information or to schedule an appointment.
