Welcome to Day Street Community Health Center
The CHC of Norwalk provides residents and surrounding towns with comprehensive healthcare services. The center is located just a short eight minute walk from South Norwalk Station.
Norwalk dental services are open Monday – Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm, and the third Saturday of each month from 8:00am-12:00pm.
