The Connecticut State Department of Public Health has provided CHC with a limited number of doses of the JYNNEOS vaccine for Monkeypox. Per the State of Connecticut, CHC can administer the Monkeypox vaccine to high-risk individuals at our sites in Clinton, Danbury, Enfield, Meriden, Middletown, New London, Stamford (Fifth St.) and Waterbury.

Patients who live in CT (including persons stationed and resident students/trainees at colleges/universities/vocational programs in CT) AND

Are non-CHC patients eligible?
Yes, if deemed eligible per screening questions.
