Monkeypox Vaccine

The Connecticut State Department of Public Health has provided CHC with a limited number of doses of the JYNNEOS vaccine for Monkeypox. Per the State of Connecticut, CHC can administer the Monkeypox vaccine to high-risk individuals at our sites in Middletown, New London, Stamford (Franklin St.)*, Danbury, Enfield, and Clinton.

*Effective August 11, in collaboration with the State of Connecticut, the Monkeypox vaccine administration location in Stamford will move to our site at Fifth St. Click here for directions.

Who can receive a Monkeypox vaccine at a CHC main site?
Individuals identified as high-risk by the State of Connecticut.

Who is considered high-risk per the State of Connecticut?
Gay, Bisexual, or other man who has sex with men, and/or transgender, gender non-conforming, or gender non-binary AND 18 years of age and older AND has had multiple or anonymous sex partners in the last 14 days AND is a Connecticut resident.

Are non-CHC patients eligible?
Yes, if deemed eligible per screening questions.
