CHC knows that healthcare isn’t always just about our bodies. In an effort to extend the goal of happy healthy lifestyles out in the community, the Family Wellness Centers of Connecticut offer a wide variety of free programs and groups for both children and parents in Middletown and New Britain.
All CHC patients are welcome to participate in FWC programs regardless of which site they normally receive care.
