Welcome to the Community Health Center of Middletown
Established in 1972, CHC of Middletown serves residents of the city and surrounding towns of Middlesex County. It is the hub for an extensive network of CHC services, including comprehensive school-based health services, homeless shelter clinics, domestic violence support services, community-based case management, and family wellness services. Centrally located on Main Street, check out River Valley Transit (RVT) for bus schedules. There are several stops in walking distance with the closest one on Main Street at Holy Trinity Church.
