Mark and Margaret met with community residents and organizations like the St. Vincent de Paul homeless shelter. By the time they left that first meeting, they had promised to open a small clinic on the shelter’s third floor. The clinic was opened at once while planning for a full, comprehensive health center continued. Later, CHC opened a larger clinic at 134 State Street.
